Here the ever-changing seasons roll in from the Atlantic, jagged snow-capped peaks rise above knarled brooding mountains and endless moorland. Ullinish Country Lodge is situated 8 miles south of Dunvegan off the A863 Sligachan to Dunvegan Road, and is well sign posted. Portree, the capital of the Isle of Skye, lies to the east of Struan and can be reached by crossing the scenic 'hill road'. The view to the south east over the length of Loch Harport, is dominated by the famous Cuillin Mountains.
TRAIN: By train the nearest station is Kyle of Lochalsh on the mainland, from there you can either take a bus to Portree and then a taxi onwards to Ullinish or a taxi all the way from Kyle.
PLANE: The nearest airport is Inverness, which is approximately 2.5 hours drive away. Car hire is available in Inverness.
